Please be advised that on a call-out (1 hour), the contractor will attempt to fix the issue or at least temporarily fix it. The call out charge does not include the cost of materials, and this will be a separate charge if required. The call-out time is maximum an hour, however it does not mean the engineer will be on site for an hour. Once the issue is diagnosed, if it cannot be fixed on site and further works are needed, we will be in touch with a quote.
